Dawson Co. tops Gilmer on senior night

The Dawson Co. Tigers defeated the Gilmer Bobcats 1-0 on Friday night in Dawsonville.

Junior Erick Sanchez scored the lone goal of the game with 11:48 left in the game, allowing Dawson Co. to get their first region win of the season.

The Tigers’ season ends at 2-14-1, with a 1-5 record in Region 7-3A.
