DAWSONVILLE, Ga. – A Dawson County Grand Jury Wednesday indicted Austin Todd Stryker, 24, Isaac Thomas Huff, 18, and Dylan Patrick Reid, 19, of felony murder in the shooting and stabbing death of 21-year-old Hannah Bender of Lumpkin County on Sept. 15, 2019.

The three men were also indicted of felony murder, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, violation of the street gang terrorism and prevention act and tampering with evidence.

Jerry Harper, 78, of Dawson County was indicted on charges of violation of the street gang terrorism and prevention act and hindering the apprehension or punishment of a criminal.

It was believed that Bender was murdered at Lumpkin County campground where her bloody clothes were found, then taken to Forsyth County where her body was discovered in a rural area off Parks Road on Sept. 25.

Following the murder, Stryker fled the state, sparking a nationwide man hunt that ended when he surrendered to authorities in Pennsylvania.
