DAWSONVILLE, GA. – Georgia Department of Transportation construction partners will start paving on State Route 183 at the intersection of State Route 52 in Dawson County, Monday, June 24 and will continue through Friday, June 28.
Paving will occur during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flagging will be done during this time to allow traffic to pass through safely. Travelers should expect short delays during these dates and times.
After paving is complete the required striping and signage will be installed and then on July 1, 2019 traffic will be shifted and the intersection will operate as a roundabout.
