Lady Tigers fall to North Hall in region tournament

The Dawson Co. Lady Tigers lost to the North Hall Lady Trojans 55-51 in overtime. North Hall won the

coin toss that decided the game’s location the week before, so they hosted the first round matchup of the Region 7-3A tournament.

Senior Maddie Anglin led the Lady Tigers in scoring with 23 points. Freshman Morgan Chester had a big game down low for Dawson Co., collecting 21 rebounds and recording 3 blocks.

Anglin hit a big 3-pointer to tie the game at 45 and send it to overtime. However, late turnovers plagued the Lady Tigers.
