DAWSON COUNTY, Ga. — A murder suspect connected to the death of a Justin Thompson has been taken into custody, according to authorities, marking a significant development in a case that has deeply affected the local community.
Officials confirmed that Roy “JoJo” Holloway was apprehended in Davidson County following a coordinated, multi-agency effort. Holloway is suspected in connection with the killing of Thompson, 38, of Dawsonville.
Law enforcement agencies described the arrest as the result of extensive collaboration, involving deputies, investigators, dispatchers, and a warrants unit working continuously since the investigation began.
