Speaker David Ralston Attends White House Speakers Conference

Press Release
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Speaker David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) is attending the White House State House Speakers Conference. This conference brings together state house speakers from across the country to receive an update on President Trump’s policy initiatives. Several administration officials will meet with the group including Secretary of Housing & Urban Development Ben Carson and Senior Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway.

“I thank President Trump for his invitation, and I appreciate his administration’s continuing outreach to state and local officials,” said Speaker Ralston. “The President understands that our government can be most effective when the federal, state and local levels work together as partners on behalf of the citizens we serve.”

Following the conference, Speaker Ralston will attend the President’s recognition of NASCAR Cup Series Champion Martin Truex, Jr., and his team at the White House.

Speaker Ralston previously visited the White House in February to represent Georgia at President Trump’s infrastructure plan announcement. That proposal would combine public-sector funding with private-sector investments to rebuild and improve the nation’s infrastructure – particularly in rural communities.

“It is refreshing to have a President who leads on issues like tax reform and infrastructure improvements,” said Speaker Ralston. “I am hopeful that Congress will support the President’s infrastructure plan, which would spur economic growth and create jobs across the country.”

Senator David Perdue: Historic Opportunity To Fix Tax Code

Providing relief for American workers, growing our economy, & making us more competitive

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator David Perdue (R-GA) joined Senate Republicans, Senior Trump Administration officials, and grassroots leaders for an event to highlight the importance of changing our tax code this year to provide relief for American workers, grow the economy, and make U.S. businesses more competitive.

Highlights:

U.S. Senator David Perdue: “We have an opportunity to deliver results and fundamentally change this tax code for the first time since 1986. We know that Washington needs a sense of urgency. President Trump has called us to action. He is moving at a business pace, not a bureaucratic pace. He wants us to pass the House and Senate bill by Thanksgiving, and that he wants it on his desk by Christmas. This is totally possible in our opinion. The House has made a great effort to start this process. It’s a great starting point, providing relief for American workers, growing our economy, and making us more competitive with the rest of the world.”

Secretary Steven Mnuchin, U.S. Treasury: “Nothing is more important to the President’s economic agenda than tax reform and tax cuts. I have appreciated the opportunity to work with members of the Senate and the House since the beginning of the year on this. We couldn’t be more excited about where we are. This is about making America competitive again.”

Kellyanne Conway, Counselor to President Trump: “We’re also trying to help the job holders which represent the vast majority of American households. When my grandfather had a job, when your grandfather had a job, the job was enough to support the whole family. Now we have households that have two and three jobs. Some are not worried about losing a job or replacing a lost job, but they have no idea why the job is no longer enough. Why are they white-knuckled at the end of each month to pay their rent, their mortgage, the tuition, or the student loan voucher payment? We want to give them the much needed relief that they deserve.”

Grover Norquist, President of Americans for Tax Reform: “We look at the tax code and we start taking out stupid. China is at a 25% tax on businesses, we’re at 35%. Stupid. Let’s not be there. We have a lot of American earnings stuck overseas because our tax code doesn’t let it come back to the country without punitive taxes. Stupid. Let’s end that, and allow people to bring money here to create jobs and opportunities in factories here in the United States.”

Behind President Donald Trump, Son-In-Law Jared Kushner and Daughter Ivanka Trump, Most Powerful People in West Wing of White House

Featured, Politics

Rumors continue to swirl around the West Wing that Chief Political Advisor to the President, Steve Bannon and Chief of Staff, Reince Priebus may be on the way out. Bannon seems to battle on the daily basis with Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner. On the other hand rumors swirl that Chief of Staff, Reince Priebus, may be on the way out and could be replaced with Gary Cohen. It is no secret that Cohen is a Democrat in Trump’s White House. Manhattan liberals including Cohen, Kushner and Ivanka Trump seem to have taken over the West Wing of the White House. In this segment we look at the increase of Jewish influence in the West Wing while people like Kellyanne Conway, Priebus and Bannon get moved aside.

Republicans run the risk of losing The House in 2018 if Bannon, Priebus and Conway are gone from Trump’s Administration. The three are largely responsible for Trump’s Nationalist America First Agenda that brought rural Americans in record numbers to the polls.

After the chemical weapons strike in Syria, by President Bashar al-Assad, President Donald Trump responded by launching 59 tomahawk missiles. The internet world is abuzz with multiple opinions of what really happened:

  • Donald Trump sold out to the capitalists.
  • The Russians set up the chemical attack so Donald Trump would look good when he retaliated. This would help to show Trump did not have ties to Vladimir Putin.
  • The rebels in Syria staged the attack in order to make it look like Assad gassed his own people to get the U.S. involved.
  • Dark State/ Globalist/ Council on Foreign Relations.

These are just a few, among many, of the theories that are being used to explain what happened.

Does President Donald Trump have a master plan for peace in the Middle East that includes regime change in Syria? Is it a coincidence that President Trump first met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, then meets with Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, followed by King Abdullah II of Jordan, and lastly Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi? Immediately after Trump finalizes meetings with these Middle Eastern countries, Syrian President launches a chemical attacks that the U.S. responds to – Coincidence?
